The item i received is defective, what can i do?

DELIVERY

How long until my order is delivered?

The delivery time depends on the entire process. The production of the products will take approximately one month, and once your order is in our warehouse, shipping will be processed within 3 to 5 days.

Do i have to pay additional customs or import fees ?

Please note that if you are within the European Union, no additional fees apply.It's the customer's responsibility to pay import taxes. Regulations for import duties and taxes may vary, and we are unable to control nor predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the courier cost.
